~Database management including distribution of relevant news on products at least once a month, to our comprehensive database in the USA and Mexico.
~Negotiation of contracts, pricing and /or commissions. ~Destination and product training for tour operators and travel agencies staff that are contracting the services of our clients. This includes booking engine training if applicable.
~Support for operators and agencies in the development of new products to the destination offered by our clients.
~Planning, development and execution of events such as seminars, breakfast presentations, etc., for operators and agencies that have potential for our clients.
~Management and administration of tourism fairs stands.
~Development of sales and marketing plans including promotion and advertising.
~Help with creation of press releases and its distribution to our press database as well as press conference planning.
~Joint promotional activities with national tourist offices when local representation is available.
